For the past 50 years, the Commission has played an essential role in upholding that tradition by promoting and protecting the individual dignity, fundamental freedoms, and equal rights of every Saskatchewan citizen.

OUR PROCESSES

The Saskatchewan Human Rights Commission is commited to providing the highest quality of service to the people of Saskatchewan.

COMPLAINT RESOLUTIONS

The Commission uses mediation as an effective means to resolve complaints and achieve appropriate resolutions that meet the needs of the parties.

LEGAL + LITIGATION

The Commission’s legal team uses litigation and Directed Mediation to settle complaints.

SYSTEMIC ADVOCACY

The Commission uses systemic advocacy to address discrimination that is known to, or has the potential to, affect groups of people based on protected grounds.
