If you believe you have experienced discrimination, you can file a complaint with the Saskatchewan Human Rights Commission in several ways.
Online
The easiest, most efficient way to file a complaint is online. The Intake Questionnaire form can be downloaded, filled in electronically, and in most cases, it can be submitted directly by using the “Submit Via E-mail” button at the end of the document. This form works with Adobe Reader or compatible technology. There are required fields in this form. If all of the required fields are not completed this form cannot be sent by e-mail.
By Mail
You can tell us what happened in your own words via mail. To do so, please print the Intake Questionnaire, complete it, and mail it to:
Saskatchewan Human Rights Commission

Should you encounter difficulties printing the Intake Questionnaire, contact our office and a blank IQ will be mailed to you.
