One aspect of the Commission’s 2019-2024 Strategic Plan is to recognize and work closely with community human rights champions throughout Saskatchewan. The first three community champions named by the Commission were: Francois Brien, Kamao Cappo, and Multicultural Council of Saskatchewan executive director Rhonda Rosenberg.

These three individuals were chosen because they understand the Commission's mandate, they continue to champion the vision of One Human Family, and they are committed to promoting and recognizing the inherent dignity and the equal and inalienable rights of all members of the human family.
