Lunch and Learn with Donna Flaman-Johnson

The Saskatchewan Human Rights Commission continues its online Employment Equity Partner Lunch and Learn series on December 7, 2023 at 12:00 p.m.

The guest speaker is Donna Flaman-Johnson, the Inclusive Employment Broker with the 4to40 program. Her presentation is titled: 4to40 – An Inclusive Employment Initiative.

During the session, Donna will share the 4to40 story and talk about the difference the program has made in the lives of people with intellectual disabilities, who encounter many barriers – especially attitudinal barriers – to employment and are often overlooked or left out of the workplace.

Meet the Speaker

Donna holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Regina and has over 30 years of experience working for both the provincial and federal government in Human Resources in various senior professional capacities. She is inspired by organizations that put people first and see the possibilities and contributions a person with an intellectual disability can make.
