Lunch and Learn with Thiago Prado and Eugene Grosh

On Sept 29, 2022, at 12:00 p.m. the Saskatchewan Human Rights Commission will host its second online Employment Equity Partners Lunch and Learn event.

Guest speakers Thiago Prado and Eugene Grosh from the City of Saskatoon will discuss the City’s approach to increasing diversity, equity and inclusion, as well as efforts made to retain a diverse workforce.

Thiago Prado (pronouns he/him/his) is a Brazilian/Canadian who has lived in Canada for the last 16 years. As a Diversity Equity and Inclusion Organizational Development Consultant, Thiago’s leads the advancement of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion on behalf of the City of Saskatoon.

Eugene (Gus) Grosh (pronouns he/him/his) is a Two-Spirit person and a member of James Smith Cree Nation. He has worked as a Human Resource Practitioner for the last 8 years. His work has focused on promoting the growth and development of Indigenous employment in Saskatchewan. His expertise and experience in various areas in Human Resources and his passion for making a difference in his community, are a valuable addition to the City of Saskatoon.

The Lunch and Learn, which will take place on the WebEx video conferencing platform, and features a presentation from the City of Saskatoon, followed by a Q&A period.
